I liked the plan for 122608 so much that I added a garage to it. That home had a lot to offer without the garage. Since the garage in this version offers a certain amount of storage, I rearranged the interior of the original design a wee bit, adding to the square footage of this home. What used to be the storage area in the first plan has now turned into a home office ... or exercise area, nursery, playpen, or whatever other use you may find for it.
As is true in its sister plan, the master bathroom can be locked off for privacy, yet remains handy for those times when a mud room is a welcome addition. And again, the master unit offers 2 walk-in closets, which is somewhat impressive given the entire square footage of the home is only 1,625 sq.ft.
Two additional bedrooms share a split bath and offer storage above via a pull-down stair in the hall.
The main living area has a vaulted ceiling above to add a little luxury to an otherwise very practical
layout. The corner fireplace and angled window enhance the ceiling slope for a little added eye candy.
