Given the fact that this house is barely over 1,100 sq. ft, it offers a split bedroom plan, yet still maintains a nice flow.
The bathroom location is the key in this home, allowing direct access to the master bedroom while still serving the other
two bedrooms nicely. There is even a private vanity, dressing area, and walk-in closet to give the master bedroom the

The back porch allows enough room for a seat to be added to take off your shoes before going into the house and serves
to protect the entry. The front porch adds curb appeal and is large enough to accommodate a few people wanting to enjoy
the outdoors during questionable weather.
This home would be perfect to build for a single person with hobbies or a home office, empty nesters, first-time home
owners or even as rental property .... a great little house for those who seek shelter without being a slave to their
mortgage payments.
