A workable floor plan makes for comfortable living and as you can see this plan has flow. The main bath is positioned in
such a way that it serves as a mud bath as well as remaining convenient to bedrooms 2 and 3.
The stacked washer/dryer combination in the laundry area leaves room for a folding table. And notice how there is direct
access to the master closet to save time in putting those clothes away once they are clean.
Also take note at how the
master bath is split, leaving the vanities outside of the main bathing area, adding to the element of privacy. The master
bath being placed at the rear of the home further enhances the privacy of the master suite.
Back in the living room, areas combine to unite the family. The kitchen is a cook's delight even though it is rather small
in size. Two pantries give way for plenty of storage in addition to the ample cabinets in the kitchen itself. Lazy-Susans
fill the corner units to alleviate otherwise wasted space. If desired, one pantry could serve as a broom closet to store
those cleaning supplies, the vacuum cleaner, etc.
A snack bar serves as additional counter space, even though the initial countertops offer plenty of surface for whatever
needs might arise. Not to mention that a snack bar always gives an open feeling that keeps everybody in the loop of communication without everybody being underfoot in the kitchen.
Last, but not least, a large front porch carries the activities outside for those beautiful summer nights that beg to be
enjoyed.
The side porch allows for direct entry into the kitchen, always a convenient feature when unloading groceries
and such. Indeed, this is a plan with flow.
