My plans are offered to you as shown and are printed on demand.  However, if you would like modifications to a plan, special arrangements can be made to customize my designs to suit your individual needs.  Garages, carports, and in some cases, basements can be added if not already included in your plan of interest.  Any changes and/or additions will be charged at $0.50 per sq.ft. (my plans only) in regards to the area(s) affected in addition to the base cost of your chosen home model.  Changes may affect more than one level.  If you are not sure what the additional costs will run, please e-mail me with the changes you have in mind, and I will work up a price for you.  Once changes are made, "Plans by Marcy" aka Marcy King will maintain the copyright of the revised plan. The plan may then be assigned a new plan number and re-sold as "stock" with a fixed price per plan set thereafter.

All of my plans are drawn in color and are submitted on 24" x 36" bond paper.  5 sets of plans are included with each order as a standard shipment (the number of pages per plan may vary with each design).  An example plan set is located on the bottom of my home page for illustrative purposes.  Additional plan sets can be ordered at the same time as the original order to avoid further shipping costs.   Please add $20.00 for each additional set that you would like to order.  In addition, please add $10.00 for postage and handling (P&H) for each plan design you order.  If ordering the same design for more than one lot, shipping will be $10.00 per lot).   Please see the pricing sheet "Plans" for the initial cost of each home design.  To see a sample set of my plans, please scroll to the bottom of my home page.   Shipping charges are only valid within the Continential United States.   In the event you reside outside of the United States, shipping charges will need to be verified.

Please allow 2 weeks (within the Continential United States) for delivery of your plans (if no changes are made to the original design/s as all plans are printed after your order has been placed.   Also, please include your lot information and jobsite directions in addition to your mailing information so that I can fill in your title block prior to printing your plans.

If changes in design are required or requested, the delivery time may vary with customer demand.  Orders will be filled on a first come, first served basis in the event of changes.
