Greetings and thank you for dropping in to see the homes that I have to offer. I do hope that you find something to suit your needs as you browse through my plans. I am starting out with 21 22 plans (ranging in size from 1,105 sq.ft on up to 2,403 sq.ft ) and intend to add to my selection as time goes by, so please check back periodically to see what's new and by all means, please tell your friends to stop by and see my selections.
I've worked very hard to come up with some sensible housing designs for today's lifestyles. I hope that you will find my use of color helpful as you toggle through the homes I have to offer to date. You should be able to tell at a glance where the bedrooms are in relation to the shared areas of each home with a quick peek at the color plan I've placed in the left margin of my individual plan pages. There is also a larger plan to illustrate the approximate room sizes in each home for a better feel of your potential new home.
Just click on one of the "plans" buttons (depending on the size of home you had in mind) to get started. For your convenience, I've divided my plans into 3 categories according to square footage. From there you may go to the individual plan pages. The left margin of each plan page offers you an option to go to the next plan or the previous plan if you want to just check out the home plans in general.
