...... are exempt from the inclusions as outlined for base plans as drawn for permit. These specialty drawings may require an engineer's seal if used for commercial purposes.
If you are a plumber, electrician, or HAVC professional in need of drawings for the building inspector, send me your notes. I'll take it from there. I will be happy to work with an Engineer of your choosing if you should need cad drawings to provide him/her with the information that they need to comply with your needs.
As a rule engineered drafting can be expensive when paying a registered engineer to do the leg work as compared to using freelance cad services by others, then submitting their/my plans for review and approval by the engineer to obtain the same goal for the building inspector, insurance company, or other parties requiring an engineer's seal on the page.
Engineering services/fees are exclusive of the price that I quote to you for base plans.
