If you would like to change a stock plan, please inquire as to the additional time required to make those changes. A fee will be added to the basic price of the plan as shown. Revised prices are based on the estimated draw time required to make said changes. Once you have received you upgraded quote, you may decide whether you would prefer to order a revised stock plan or a custom plan from scratch, using square footage costs as a guideline. (see PRICING VARIABLES) ...
Please refer to the appropriate title block when submitting information to place your order. Include the plan number you have chosen when placing your. If you have not hired a builder yet, leave his/her information blank. You are the client unless I am instructed otherwise. I will need the job site address or lot information to complete your order.
The Sample title block posted should give you an idea of the information I will need to fill your stock order. Your permit number can be added manually, after the fact.
