WHY SCALE MATTERS

architectural PLANs drawn to scale save money alleviating mistakes and miscalculations in the long run. By working with a simple sketch, adding a few scribbled dimensions, I can turn your rough drawings into a scaled version. As you can see, the sketch I originally drew did not reveal room for a linen closet at the foot of the tub. A CAD Conversion made it apparent that a closet could easily be added. Or, had the client opted instead, the room could have been rearranged and resized to offer alternative placements of the plumbing fixtures. When a drawing is scaled, using Cad Techniques, size restrictions and space allowances are more easily recognized, giving you a clearer view of reality.
