PDF plans are delivered to your email address, or to your local printing service, as you please. You may pick the plan sheets up on your end. Instruct your local printer as to how many copies (unlimited amount per individual job) you want/need. Verify the costs of printing with your local printing service. Also, verify that your printing service can handle 24" x 36" sheets. If they don't, they should be able to recommend a plotting service that specializes in larger sheets.

HC plans are physical plans delivered to your door (5 sets are standard). The price of these plans includes printing, shipping & handling charges. Other than the method of delivery, these are the same plans as offered in PDF format.
In both cases, the prices quoted are for the stock plans as shown exclusive of design changes. In all cases, title block information, including your contact information ( your name, phone number, e-mail, etc.) and the lot number and/or street address on which your home will be built must be included to fill your order.
