This garage is a revised version of G2B 012016, with the exception of construction methods should you have a sloped lot. This design has been set on a 10" CMU base supporting 2x6 stud wall construction and utilizes a floating slab, independent of the foundation support.
A 24'-0" x 28'-0" foundation supports this unit. Trusses are used to 'clearspan' the garage area, meaning there are no posts to deal with getting in and out of your automobile. Two garage doors separate the garage bays and a separate sheltered walk-in door mirrors the door accessing the room above, leaving both levels independent of each other.
